Crispiest Masala dosa I’ve had in years! Perfectly roasted with just the right amount of ghee that added flavour without feeling too heavy. The chutney was fresh and delicious, and the filter coffee was absolutely top notch. Simple food done really well. Definitely coming back for another round soon!
