Ruchi Veg Restaurant, Goregaon

An avg restaurant with variety of food options but quality and quantity is not so apt. We ordered cream of palak soup which was okay in taste post that we ordered butter idly which was not at all up to the mark, moreover it wasn't even …

Response from the restaurant

Thanks for rating Minaxi we appreciate it a lot, hope we get up to your Mark the next time you visit the restaurant

I ordered a veg biryani, it was too damn oily and spicy. You can see for yourself in the picture how greasy and pungent the biryani was and then imagine the nonstop burning sensation in my stomach. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Response from the restaurant

Sorry to say that but I think there is some misunderstanding our food is never oily but if you had given instructions we would have made it according to your taste. Next time please specify your taste accordingly will be done.

One of worst management I have ever seen. Never order from this place again. They will send you the worst quality of food and then their rude lady won't entertain your complaint

Response from the restaurant

Sorry to say that Mr. Saurav but after having the food you complain about that the food was worst and expected from us full reimbursement of money, we only requested you to return the delivery and then take the money back.
