The experience at the Akshardham Metro Station KFC outlet was good overall. The place is clean and well-maintained, the staff was quick, and the food quality was fresh and tasty. Seating is comfortable, making it a nice spot for a quick bite while traveling. Satisfied with the experience.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had ordering food. I placed an order through the KFC app, which was assigned to the Akshardham outlet. After waiting for 30 minutes, the app still showed “searching for rider” …

Very bad service. Not the staff but the system. Misplaced my order. Happened few times now. People after me got orders before me. Waited 15 mins to get a Beverage. A cold beverage had a wait time of 15 minutes. The self order machines doesn't have a well working system that shows orders or prints. The staff was very polite.
