I attended the function at their back hall which was at the back in the basement the place was pretty good, the food was 4 out of 5 stars and the ambience was just perfect. That particular hall was ok for a gathering of only upto 100 - 150 people otherwise it will feel crowded. Recommended for a small gathering.

The Green Lounge pitampura is a good venue for smaller gathering like 100 people for functions and celebrations. Birthday and anniversaries can be celebrated in this hall. Interiors and catering services are praiseworthy.

They are very poor in service. After taking the booking they don't even pick up the phone. If you ask to increase even one waiter they will refuse you bluntly. For changing the dishes they will make you cry. It seems a hospital industry industry instead of hospitality industry. Third class people is even the better marks for them.

My experience at green lounge was average. Location wise its easily accessible with adequate basement parking (though valet was not available during my visit). Hall B1 is adequate for 150 people. Catering could have been better, snacks and main course dishes were basic didn't deserve second serving.
