One of the best in East Delhi for selling Amritsari Kulche and Cholle. This outlet comes closest to what you will get in Amritsar. The best one to try is Aloo Pyaaz Kulcha with unlimited servings of Cholle and Imli Pyaaz Chutney. Prices are also reasonable. Can be enjoyed with a bottle of cold drink out there.
